I bought my Wembley ticket on the phone on Monday afternoon. I asked for category 3 and even asked if I could get a seat behind the goal.

I got my ticket in the post on Wednesday. Its row 1 in one of the blocks on the side of the pitch towards the corner .

I've now rang today asking if I could change and they've basically told us to fuck off. The man on the phone was a patronising bellend and spoke to us like I was thickest person on the planet (obvious joke opportunity here). Been told there is no way I can change my ticket for another.

I know some of you will say I should be grateful to get a ticket but spending £72 to have to sit with a poor view is shocking in my opinion. Also seems unfair that those people in phase 1 like myself are going to get worst seats than those in phase 2.

Happened to us, only thing we said was upper tier and they said no problem.

And it's in the bottom of block 106. Looking to swap for somebody who actually wants to sit there and we can move to the upper.

I'd swap with anyone row 10+. Even the £40 seats will have a better view than the one I've been given.

The physical task of actually "selling" 30,000 cup tickets is far harder and time consuming than "shifting" 5,000 or so in a 40,000 league crowd. I've seen the chaos for say everton in the cup and the boro night time game. Massive f**king queues while people study the stadium plan trying to get next to this mate and close to their uncle for a lift home.
They probably haven't physically got time to let people pick and choose, plus they'll be left with random singles and doubles all over the place.

On a positive note i don't think there'll be any bad views in Wembley.

All views will be good, I wouldn't worry too much.
This, if I could get hold of a ticket I couldn't care less where it was. Just want to experiance te team possibly winning a cup, being in the same ground as it happens. Can re-watch the game on tv when I get back.

Thousands around the pitch.

Must admit I'd absolutely hate to be anywhere from row 20 downwards, there's why we took the safer option of £52 tickets up a height...

Although I did ask to behind the goal I understand it is just by chance I've been given row 1. Its the fact I'm not allowed to change that is unfair, the ticket office worker I spoke genuinely couldn't give a fuck.

Sick of these threads, if they havent run out of tickets behind goal ect this is how to do it.

Step 1 - ring up and choose a category

Step 2 - say "what block has that brought up" they will answer.

Step 3 - look at said block on wembley seating plan.

Step 4 - decide if this block is what you want or not

Step 5 - if yes say fine thanks and give card details/ if no say sorry i dont want that block its no good can i change.

Step 6 - they will give you a new block option, if they say you cant change, say yes can i want to be block 118-105 for example, they will then give you another option if it isnt sold out there.

Step 7 - with new option start again from step 3.
