Ticket office


Really isn’t very good is it? Been on hold for 45 minutes here. Need 2 over 65 tickets for Coventry game day together near me, paper copies. It would be easier buying unicorn jizz
Ffs cut off after an hour
Do they have an account and purchase history, they would need both to purchase them
 
Its like trying to get into fort know...or a quest for the magic ring....or obtaining a green card. People only want to buy a ticket for a footy match...of which there are plenty available.
 
Sorry for hijacking, but aye, they aren't the best.

Apparently you HAVE to go to the ticket office to purchase part season tickets for juniors (and OAP) with proof of age for both. Yet I've got both linked to my account with purchase history so they obviously aren't bothered when it comes to individual matchday tickets.

Cannot be bought online. No chance of buying as a surprise gift if you need to ask the person to hand over a birth certificate or passport or drivers license. What are those living away supposed to do!?

Edit - only open 10am - 5pm Mon-Fri too, so can't even head over at the weekend!

Same for me, on hold for an hour, then when I was put through to a human line was cut off straight away. Tried emailing the ticket office at mid day yesterday, still no reply
 
Tbf I've had phone issues past couple of games. So got paper tickets printed. Free first time, had to pay second time. It's the inconsistency that bothers me, as well as no weekend opening.
 
Rang the other day and waited 20 mins before a lad answered and sorted exactly what I needed. No complaints at all.

I realise it seems like I’m in the
Minority but I do think some people got OTT with their complaints

About the same timescale for me so they must be working through the inbox, you might be next for a reply

You think hanging on the line for an hour and then getting cut off and not answering e mails is OK and does not warrant a complaint.

I'm sure waiting 20 minutes is something to complain about. Waiting an before being cut happens often and is outrageous.
