If everyone is getting the same message, who the fucks buying the tickets. Or are they just ignoring all calls and dealing with instore demand.
 
My old customer number which contains my 3 season tickets on the history has been deactivated apparently, but I signed up again to the on-line thing on the website and I think I now have a new customer number with no purchase history on it. Do you think I'll still be ok??? You can still view my old number on the system apparently

as long as you still have your old customer number you should be fine

I think they are getting help by a call centre for games like this? The lass I spoke with last year surely didn't work in the ticket office
