Ticket office is a mess

Bought tickets for Shrewsbury and Cambridge on the website around 45 mins ago ( as I type this), confirmation email with the tickets is taking ages to come through, usually arrives straight away.
 
Just been looking on the FAQs again to see if there's something I've missed:


2. On the menu that appears on the screen, click 'Renew now' under your season ticket renewal for 22/23.

3. Click 'Add to basket' underneath your season ticket renewal option to add your current seat to your basket.



There are quite literally none of these options present on the screens in her account!!!

There are quite literally none of these options present on the screens in her account!!!
Maybe because she's a kid? Is she shown as being in your network if you log into your account? Maybe you have to go through your account.

None of those options in mine either mate.

As far as I can see, the only option available in either account is to buy new/extra season tickets, for seats that aren't the ones we already have.

I can't assign her (from mine) to renew her ST seat cos a) there's no option and b) her seats unavailable.........cos its hers!!!:lol:

Did you pay hers by direct debit?

Edit - just seen you did. Surely it would just continue as usual then? The information from the club is shocking.

Until today that's been my assumption. Then loads on here and twitter alerted us to fact kids in similar situations haven't.
With tele line dead, there's literally no way of knowing if it will or not
 
Its just easier to get the season ticket outright for me now. Getting the ticket office to answer the phone once a year is enough for me.
 
I’ve bought a ticket online but it’s not been emailed to me. It looks like I’m going to have to call them to arrange a paper ticket, which might be a faff
This is exactly whats happened to me. Tried calling all day and just get cut off every time, so looks like im just going to have to go to the ticket office tomorrow. You manage to sort it?

If you log into the account you can click on your profile and go into purchase history it’ll give you the option to resend the tickets from there. The website is the internet equivalent to Brendan Galloway.
