Ticket office is a mess

Loads of people, including people on this thread who've popped in, have said that in this situation, have said that the adults had auto renewed and kids hasn't.

There's no way to check!?
So if multiple in a network only the network admin is renewed and others arent?

I have no idea. How would I tell?

All I know is I got 1 email saying mine would auto renew.
Nothing about hers.
We're both DD.
Some people have been told in this instance they kids doesn't auto renew.
I login and there is quite literally, despite the phone line optimistically saying so, NO option in the online account to renew a SC.

I mean, wtf are people meant to do:lol:

Looks like the same has happened to me. They automatically renew mine and the bairn's as a rule but looks like its only mine this time so glad I saw this thread.
Went into my account and could renew my mate's little lad's - must be in my network form the last Wembley visit but not my own Daughter's.

Its a f***ing shambles man.

Exactly. How do you even do it.

There's a renew/buy option, but it takes you to a page to choose a seat. Ie a new seat, cos hers is unavailable. Aye, of course it is.....Cos its already her f***ing seat ffs:lol:
 
Just checked and she is indeed on the same email as mine but, when I login, there is no record of hers in my account history. Will just have to see if she gets her new card (surely we aren't keeping the blank ones?)

My issue is the bairn isn't on mine. No idea why mine would renew and hers would though. Ffs
