Inspiration taken from the Brindisa chorizo roll on sale at Borough Market:

Sesame seed bagel
Mild cooking chorizo bathed in sherry vinegar
Roasted and pickled red pepper
Fried egg
Olive oil

One of the best things I've ever tasted even if I do say so myself.
 


Double bacon, double sausage and a hash brown with brown sauce.

Cup of filtered Coffee to wash it down too, could easily eat another one mind!

Sounds a bit sickly that tbh.
 
2 eggs on toast, yoghurt, 2 pastries with sliced melon, pineapple and pink grapefruit.
Just has a pkt of cheese n onion crisps, 2 bananas, a plum and a pear for lunch. Saving another pear and plum for mid afternoon snack anarl
