Three Managers in a Row

Cat 3

Midfield
Have left the club in a better position than they found it in. This after Moyes, Grayson, Coleman and Parky each reached new lows!

LJ got rid of Parkyball and had the team playing better football
AN got the defence organised and got us out of League 1
TM played some fabulous football and got us to the Championship playoffs

I would of given TM to the end of the season but its hard not to see KS/KLD have overseen continuous improvement. For that to continue the next manager has to take us back to the PL

Given it’s the club’s decision, the aim for the new person should be promotion. Perhaps not this year but it should be the aim for their time at the helm

I always try to see the other angle on a couple of these.

I still refuse to judge Moyes other than being too honest about our relegation battle. Short was already wanting to get rid and started mothballing the club. Moyes had a promotion plan which short wouldn’t commit to as he wanted rid and has since shown what he can do at West Ham.

Coleman’s biggest mistake was agreeing to become our manager at that point. For someone who had great stock in the market should not have taken the risk and it’s ruined his managerial career.
