No. They do it themselves,I suppose if someone in government wanted a specific data set,they could maybe propose it,but I think they basically look to see what other countries are doing and replicate to make it comparable .

If anything,to me,the conservative policies would have made the numbers more accurate,but you can't really do much about employment numbers,it's unemployment ones you can mess with .

As people said,the quality of jobs isn't uniform,their definition is working at least one hour a week. But still, I mean,it's shit if someone works an hour a week,but technically they are employed.

And technically all Tories are c*nts. If you work 1 hour per week , unless you are on £500 per hour , what you are is broke. Not employed
