That’s an absolute nothing shot. Awful.

I keep hearing about how fantastic this Aussie attack is but I don’t see it. Yeah they bowl the odd great ball but so do all teams. England just keep finding ways to get out to completely innocuous deliveries.

By all accounts 300 is the magic number. England have never lost a game in Perth in which they have made 300+ first innings. On the other hand, we’ve lost every game here when we’ve been bowled or for under 300 first time around.

Just getting up now so you'll know more than me but isn't this pitch meant to be dead flat?
 
He’s not playing these short balls well at all.

Again - somebody else out to a completely innocuous ball.
