When I was working in a factory I was told there were some Japanese visitors coming to visit, I was told to avoid eye contact which I thought was odd but I respected it went along but I think there are a few things the japs find rude, something to do with food, eating while talking other something.

I worked at a Japanese factory and we were told putting your hands in your pockets or shaking their hands was disrespectful. Personally I think it was a load shite and just the ex mod bosses being twats.

The Spanish laugh at our public displays of drunkedness and to be fair if you live in some of those holiday towns youd probably hate us.
And Spanish TV makes a big thing about the pissed up Brits Desire to jump into a swimming pool from height on his holidays and thereby suffering life threatening injuries or in some cases death.

Balconing they call It.

If you were visiting them that would by fair enough, don't see why you should change your customs to suite them visiting you.
