"Their players started arguing"

pleased they were frustrated, means they know they should have been winning and they did something about it

nowt worse than seeing a team come of the pitch all smiles if they are playing shite...a sign they dont care

You gave one definition of controlling a game, and then acknowledged that we didn't even we do that. I just found it amusing.

I'd have been disappointed like. It was looking like one of those days. Slow/poor start after a good win last week, and not taking our chances. It's not as if we haven't seen those games before. Fortunately we did enough in the end.

We didn't perform poor though. It was just a scrappy affair with two teams cancelling each other out. MK dons didn't have a shot until the 60th minute or something, yet controlled the game.. The game should of been put to bed long before our goal.. We were simply the better team.

Hope it’s true. Any decent team should be like that if playing way under par first half. Nice to have players giving a shit and expecting each other to deliver a certain standard of performance.

What an odd thing to say. Would he be happy if his players sulked off if they weren't playing well and didn't vent their feelings or frustrations with one another?

In terms of them 'controlling' the game, their tactics definitely worked first half and we only really had half chances (them too mind). Glad the players saw the need for a different approach, would've been a major concern if they didn't. We can't rely on half chances falling to centre backs, especially ones as clinical as Ozturk. Second half we showed urgency and aggression and deserved the win, but another half like the first we could've counted ourselves lucky to come away with a point.
