The walking dead season 9



So the time jumps are confusing. Months had passed between ep 15 and 16.

Can they at least 2 months later? I'm watching wondering why whisperers are in some warm place and they are in the Arctic. Also why the king and queens marriage just falls apart. I thought it was next day or something.
 
To be fair to the show I thought the showed the fall of The Kingdom well. Henry was off a few times fixing the water pipes, without him there was nobody left to do it. I'm sure I read that they wanted the central theme of this season to be 'decay' - the world around them is rotting while they battle against it and the usual threats.
