Having watched the highlights today, I'm not even sure it was a penalty. From behind the goal, it looked like he was wrestling him down, but the replay I saw shows their player clamping Ozturk's arm with this and pulling him. Basically he put his arm under Ozturk's and then bends his own elbow, which makes it look for all the world like Ozturk is doing the dirty. Very clever, but if anything, a free kick to us. The referee probably called it as six of one and half a dozen of the other.
