Im not Bain’s biggest fan, but people are going OTT. He won’t be behind this

Met him personally have you ? or is that just your opinion of the man himself, given what happened with the wise men say lads, and his needing to be the centre of attention with them, seems he's not to be underestimated

Wouldn't be so bad but it's literally his only input to a thread like this about the club he's meant to support. Couldn't care less about something that would be massively beneficial to the club but gets his knickers in a twist over a saying he thinks is overused
Who's getting their "knickers in a twist"?

 i think its a shit saying, that's all. Ill let you carry on talking shit though

There is obviously a deal going on behind the scenes imo. Quinny would of come out and set us straight if there wasn't and also no quotes unless I'm mistaken from the club. Of course the price and finer details will depend on what league we are in.

I like the sound of that and it does seem logical, I'm with you marra.

The Sun broke the story which was picked up by The Express and subsequently BBC and other broadcasters like SSN.

The initial story was short on substance, quotes or detail but as the day wore on other sources gave a greater level of detail but still no quotes from any alleged interested party or anyone from the club.

Mid afternoon the BBC change tack and the club say there's been no contact with Quinn.

If there's anything in this the journo's that broke the story in The Sun will want to do a follow up piece.

Surely there's no smoke without fire.

Earlier today the BBC stated as a matter of fact that SAFC and a group led by Quinn were pursuing a deal along with a guide to the structure and timescales etc. The BBC don't just make shit like that up. Someone senior involved in the deal or somebody at the BBC has fucked up by releasing the info and everyone has spent the day denying all knowledge.

I’m not a fan mate - but people are going over board. Unless he has a consortium and he is trying to flush out other interest, it makes no sense.
