The Sphere in London

It shouldn't be built where they're proposing to put it like. 24/7 blasting advertisements into the homes of thousands of people. No thanks.
Its an arena mate, probably advertising who is on next!
Stunning U2 fans is not my usual go to indicator of whether something is worthwhile replicating.
Google U2 at the Sphere, look at the images! Amazing

Gerrit built on sheepfolds

Been to Stratford and it's all high rise offices and a giant shopping centre, not sure why they're going to complain about something else being built there

The proposals are to advertise relentlessly, even at night. It's the main revenue stream. It's trashy crap suited to a place like Las Vegas, not a densely populated part of London.
So what, stick it next to the bridge to nowhere, note all the land has not been touched years later. Southwick can complain
Put it in Seaburn, preferably on some land that has been sold very cheaply. The locals love that.

Stick it next to the lighthouse on the now defunct field.

It's also home to tens of thousands of people, and none of the existing land uses are a 120m high glowing 24/7 advertisement? You would be absolutely raging if you'd bought a flat nearby and this was built, the light pollution is going to be off the scale.

If they agreed to turn the adverts off during hours of nighttime they'd have no issue getting planning permission. The other issues are all addressable.

One bonus though, you'd save on leccy bills as you'd never need to turn a light on
