Just had a look at this on IMDB and I like the sound of it, I've put it on my watchlist I'd never heard of it before

It's a Channel 4 filum, they're normally pretty decent. Think it gets 94% on rotten tomatoes, I couldn't find it for ages on Kodi but then realised it was called Calm with Horses over here.

For Your Consideration 6/10
Very slight compared to say Spinal Tap. Still pleasant enough with a few chuckles

Darkman.

Not as good as I remember, the script is awful and the special effects are turd, although it was released in 1990.
A great storyline though.

7/10
It's on Netflix at the moment.

Usual Suspects
Still very good. 8.5/10

The Festival
Simon from the Inbetweeners plays Simon from the Inbetweeners with a different name who goes to a music festival. Nor the best. 5.5/10

First wives club, first time I've seen it and it was canny, basically 3 scorned women seeking revenge (good acting/film and I'd give it a 7/10).
Casino (for about the 5th time) one of the only films I went to the cinema twice to see.
Beautifully shot film about a casino boss / the mob with stellar performances from Bob Deniro and Sharon Stone.
Give it a 9/10, fabulous darlings 😎

Calm with Horses (might be called The Shadow of Violence in the USA).
Brilliant film this, really not what I expected and the acting by the meathead lead is superb.
9/10.
Sherlock Holmes Faces Death.
Sherlock Holmes gets the train from Euston to Newcastle to solve some murders at a Northumberland stately home. Really enjoyed this Basil Rathbone version (even though he looks suspiciously like Angus Deayton). Shot during the War years and the very last scene sums up exactly how they thought society was going to rebuilt when it was all over. How wrong they were.
7/10
Barry keoghan is also quality...

Radioactive (2019). Rosamund Pike as Marie Curie following her early life. Quite a slow and heavy film, but interesting to watch. 7/10

Savage 8/10.

Recently seen it on limited release at Cineworld in the Gate.

Inspired by the true stories of New Zealand's street gangs across 30 years.

Some actor that plays the lead role:

Jake Ryan: Ryan studied Taekwondo for eighteen years, earning his black belt at just nine years of age, making him the youngest person to do so in Australia at that time. A multi-international medalist and Korean Open Champion, Ryan was also a member of the Australian National team for eight years, and ten times the Australian champion - rating 4th best in the world on three occasions.
