Ah right!! I can’t explain why but I tend to keep my eye on Amazon for new releases but rarely venture in to Netflix anymore, only saw this by absolute chance. Have you seen it?
I have mate. I followed it from being announced by Amazon  came out in the US earlier and watched it via other means…was surprised when it appeared on my Netflix feed!

I actually enjoyed it a lot. It’s fluffy aye, but really easy to watch.

Love and Monsters. I think it’s a Netflix original.

Just the film I needed after a run of quite heavy pieces. I’d thoroughly recommend it.

I agree it was tonnes of fun, reminded me of Zombieland
The Collector ( 2009 ) - 6/10

Nearly sacked this off in the 1st 15 minutes, didnt like the way it looked with the film grain etc but sort of glad I stuck with it. I t had some good moments then other bits where I felt it was being gratuitous and overboard with the torture porn for no reason.

Still was only 90 minutes so maybe worth it if youre bored

Check out The Collection

Michael Clayton

Clooney at his best

Legal/lawyer/corruption thriller story. Slightly different to the usual court lawyer stuff. Decent watch if you get past Tom Wilkinson’s poor shouty performance 20 minutes in. Nearly turned it off.

7/10

That seems to be a sequel to The Collector? wasnt exactly blown away by the original so think I'll give that a miss haha

THE CELL ( 2000 ) 7/10

I dont think I'd heard of this but was pleasantly surprised

The J-Lo film - went to see it at the flicks, christ, 21 years ago

It got panned IIRC but I thought it was okay, 7 is about right - might watch it again.

Aye J-Lo is the main lead which nearly stopped me watching it tbh  Very weird film but the way its filmed/shot with the dream like sequences was really well done
Logon or register to see this image

9/10 now that's a thriller J.T. Walsh

Class film I only watched it for the 1st time the past year

From memory it was a bit sort of Silence of the Lambs with someone trapped by a weirdo who hung himself up on piercings and they were racing against time to find her and J Lo was walking about amongst a sliced up horse.

The Fourth Kind - 6/10

I'd seen a couple of clips on tiktok and though wow this film looks class what is it, turns out it was the fourth kind and those 2 30 seconds clips were all worth watching tbh
