The "Singing End"

i went to the football today, i might start 20 threads informing people.

Pie at the stadium today was nice but a bit cold, i expect better when i get a ticket for the match at the stadium.

I too went to the football today with my ticket for the football that happened today safely in my wallet. I also met my friends for the football today and they also all had tickets like me to enter the stadium to watch football that funny enough happened today. I bought a burger outside the south stand before using my ticket to enter the ground to watch the football today. Sadly no stewards threatened me with anything but I might just pretend they did and post a thread about it.
Do you think anyone will be interested in how many times I went for a piss at the football today?

You mean you had no run ins with "the filth" or the nazi stewards? What kind of crimpolene trouser-wearing puffta are you like?

Was watching on a stream and you could hear plenty of singing throughout the game.

No guesses to where it came from, being a former east stand ST holder.

It has been poor so far tbf. I was expecting the whole end to be standing and singing for much of the game, not just a few pockets who you can't even hear from the other end of the ground.

Still, it's early days plenty of time to improve.

It's a shame the whole stand isn't singing but it's a far sight better than having the away fans there and or a load of empty seats. So in that respect alone it is a far sight better.

I've been in the SWC for the past 4 seasons, before that I was in the North Stand and after making the move to the South Stand I think it's the best for atmosphere. Perhaps people in the north can't hear it all game but believe me, there are sections singing constantly all game in there. It's brilliant to be part of and those videos that were posted after the Liverpool game suggested it was great from the West Stand also.

Agree with this. It looks a lot better without the loads of empty seats but honestly, from where I sit in the North Stand, I've only noticed a slight improvement in the atmosphere overall. Maybe I was expecting too much perhaps.

I think the sad thing is, is that the stand has been diluted with supporters who don't want to stand and aren't fussed about signing. Only the back of the stand are singing continuously and then you have pockets of our fans dotted around below who can't stand/sing because those around them don't want to.

The club should have made the North Stand the same price as the south. Therefore allowing the non-singers to go there instead of encouraging them to go to the south stand due to the saving on their season cards.

I know you shouldn't have to but what about moving into a vacated seat with an unobstructed view as the twats leave Just an option

Re: Stewards

It's the same old routine. If they want all to sit they need to work front to back. It's an impossible task. I wouldn't be a steward for the money they get (not that i know what rate it is). We stood all game u39 with no bother. Did see stewards getting people to sit down at the lower bowl part in front of me. How do they eject all supporters though??? If I couldn't see I would stand. The people however who are saying "fuck off I'm standin regardless" may get ejected. If I was the front row and was asked to sit, I would sit provided I could still see the game.

I thought they were quite good yesterday - Too many anti mags songs and I don't find the Titus song amusing so 7.5 out of 10

Should be rocking for the scum like

It's not just me it effects a few of us. Just a quirk of the seating.

Also, assuming they are using t&c 13 of buying a ticket. Number 12 prevents me from moving seat.

And?

You are turning into one of the bitter haters on here.

Mainly down to the next home match , but i know what your saying - far to many mag songs for me

Hopefully it will get better. At least people are trying.

The south stand has been pathetic so far IMO.

It hasn't like.

Re: South stand shite

Not been funny but some idiots under the U38 sign. Around 40. Grey stubble beards shouting nonsense. Even I turned round and said what the fuck are you on about. Got ne reply.

Also, anyone got that skinny geggy prick who has learnt to swear and make racist remarks for the full game? Few of my mates at their ends already.

Sits about 3/4 seats along from me if it's who I'm thinking. Red jacket yesterday?

Came out with some absolute shite yesterday, and had an absolute meltdown in the Liverpool game at one point which had people about 5 rows in front turning round to look. I thought he might have been the one being investigated for the racist comments during the Liverpool game, but he was there yesterday so can't have been him

Yeah that's him. He is like a kid who has learnt to swear and saves them all up for a match day. He was shocking you Scottish **** all game but over the moon when Fletcher notched. Everything is either linked to a nationality of racism. Few lads round me waiting to put him right like. He is a Bellend of the highest order.
