I love the way these debates always conveniently ignore Asda, Lidl, Home Bargains, etc. which are to all intents and purposes on the front at Seaham. I like Seaham btw.

Seaham front is doing very well and is extremely cosmopolitan. That's why the woolies from the pit village behind think it's Monte Carlo.

That said, the locals don't believe they are millionaires on the back of a nearby beach.
