Yesterday, Marvellous, what a refreshing change.

Was at the opposite end of the pitch, so couldn't see it properly... but looked like Hume chopped town their lad for a first half pen? Cheers ref!

By and large was a pretty uneventful game to officiate but all done well. I'm fairly near a a corner flag and noticed yesterday a linesman said corner in his mic which I'm guessing was aimed at the ref. Pretty certain he never flagged for corner with just the ref pointing for one. If he never flagged seems a bit strange cos if your looking from a distance it looks like the ref gave it over the linesman which definitely wasn't the case

Weird how refs get applauded for not being noticed. It's pure chance whether a game goes by with or without contentious moments. That's not in the ref's control. I'm fairly certain that every ref goes into every game hoping that there won't be any big borderline calls to make.

Nah wasn’t one for me.

Stoke lad made the most of it. Blatant dive.

Yeah it was him but he hadn’t been booked
