Yep. TBH, more danger of Fleetwood slipping back from second than anything at the top though.
Also, interesting to see how far Holmes slides. He's at +1 now so 11 over for the day.
Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom, not Britain.
It's not The British Open, it's just The Open. And, geographically it's Ireland, even if it isn't politically.
Except it isn't, it's The Open Championship, they can play it where ever they want and Northern Ireland isn't part of Britain, part of the UK yes, but not Britain.

Outstanding this from Lowry in the conditions
Yep, shame no one could quite mount a challenge for a bit more excitement today, but he thoroughly deserves this and has played the conditions and the field really well.
Well played Lowry, the best man is going to win. He was lucky at times yesterday, found very good lies when he was in the long rough whereas Westwood for example found the base of the only bush on a hole.
His putting and short game have been rock solid.

Poor round from Fleetwood. Couldn't put on any pressure despite Lowry being over par for most of it, not once did Lowry's lead ever look threatened.
Steady golf. His caddy has been there to calm his nerves after a tricky start.
