The Okinawan Ratio

The OCS has found that Okinawans are less likely to smoke than most populations, and since they worked predominantly in agriculture and fishing, they were also physically active. Their tight-knit communities also help the residents to maintain an active social life into old age. Social connection has also been shown to improve health and longevity by reducing the body’s stress responses to challenging events

There ya go, it's almost certainly got fuck all to do with the 10:1 diet, they stay physically active, they live in real communities and socialise.

And they don't smoke, probably the single biggest nonsense of our society is smoking.

Our country is obsessed with results and doing single things to fix problems, we are always in a rush and stressed to fuck, we then pass it on to our kids obsessing about their school reports and all kinds of other shit.

We never just stand still and stop what were we are doing, then when we do have some time off, we get absolutely rat arsed, take drugs, become sexually promiscuous.

Then we wonder why we are always knackered :(

There is a small Town in northern Italy Limone on Lake Garda where there is a similar record of longevity , this was for years put down to the local diet .Researchers have however found that it is more likely due to a faulty gene that restricts cholesterol in the blood stream. Hopefully something similar in Okinawa, think I would rather die a bit younger than to have to eat raw fish until I am a hundred
We'll that puts the supporting sunderland causing a low life expectancy to bed. MLFs in Limone.
