The new houses being built down Burdon Lane

cheers marra, wonder if cross country course will be affected ?:D
Be houses soon enough!

Wish it was built on back in ‘90 when I had to drag my lazy arse round it!
I wouldn't know. We always got the X13, and got off at Gilley law, ran the last 30 yards😂😂 Bryson thought we were all top athletes😂😂
Liar! you used to leg it round as fast as you can so you were the first in the shower to show the teachers your cock!

It was dropping to bits when I was there.

I remember a lad opened one of the classroom windows in A Block and the whole window, frame and all, fell out into the schoolyard
A well known lad who is sadly no longer with us threw his chair thru the window in A block, top floor.

Not sure if part of the XC course is protected land , im sure unread that before ? There’s also the stream to consider . Be nice if they left it alone as it is

There are still not many people that lose money on property.
There are some but far more winners than losers.
It’s good for the area and it’s also good for those around there that already own their houses.
This 100%. Bought my first house 1978 was a 2 bedroom terrace paid £8000 never lost on any property and I've had a few. Don't get a mortgage you can't afford and you'll be fine

Anyone know how the new road links are working here?
See all 3 housing developments are now back to building. With David Wilson opening the sales suite.

 Stay classy there Chubby lad.

There’s nowt wrong with being content marra, money rarely makes people happy directly imo. I should have articulated it better in the sense that there will be a lot of people with 40k+ each because it isn’t that hard to get it if that’s what motivates you, hence their will be demand for these houses. Fair point nonetheless Moo, it wasn’t a classy comment on my behalf.
