Yes, I’ve read this improves testosterone levels.

I’ve got a set of weights in the garage.

How long per day do you recommend/reps etc?

I haven’t a clue tbh - the weights are my sons off when he was living with me - he’s now a gym chad.
Start off with 15mins a day then work upto an 1hr ish over a few month,3 times a week would be perfect but as long as you’re doing something that’s enough.
The gym at 5:30am in a morning when I go is full of retired blokes.They love a natter and it’s helping their bodies aswell.

3 sets of 12 with each exercise.

1st set light
2nd set medium
3rd heavier.
