Start off with 15mins a day then work upto an 1hr ish over a few month,3 times a week would be perfect but as long as you’re doing something that’s enough.Yes, I’ve read this improves testosterone levels.

How long per day do you recommend/reps etc?
I haven’t a clue tbh - the weights are my sons off when he was living with me - he’s now a gym chad.
