The Last Of Us 2 PS4



Just finished it today, for me solid 8 out of 10 don’t know how to post spoilers so can’t say much, I enjoyed it not the greatest game I’ve ever played not one il play again but one for the collection would like to see what naughty dog can do for games on the 5.

I had to google what a SJW was when it kept appearing in negative reviews. How did that term ever become an insult FFS :lol: Must be shite not having a social conscience.

I had a full on discussion with my Yank mate's dad who honestly couldn't understand my pride in the NHS. He called it commy. He's a relatively intelligent man as well. Older Yanks are weird about anything linked to socialism, like.
 
Enjoyed it for the most part. Think the story could have been structured a lot better, could have built the new characters up a lot better. Not the same impact from characters you meet in this one compared to the first one.
Really wish the ending could have been a choice, only part that left me really dissappointed. Probably give it a solid 7/10, was always gonna struggle to match the first one.
 
just finished the game now, superb game overall in my opinion, was on the verge of saying this is a shit ending killing Abby by drowning her then up popped Joel and happy I let her go. Preferred Abby in the end and I let her kill me in the hole I could end the game like that, a choice of some sort would have been canny like. Sad ending seeing Joel like that then just leaving that empty house, proper got to me

I wonder what their argument is when they are confronted with the fact that they on average play 3 times more per capita for healthcare than we do in the UK. I suppose they could say that doesn't matter and they simply don't want their money going to other people......well except pharmaceutical companies!

I think with choice then they aren't telling their story, regardless of the fact if people like it or not.

I haven't decided whether I like the story in the second more or less than the first, maybe the first is just more palatable for the player, i.e. it's probably the outcome most wanted. Gameplay wise and graphics are definitely better in the second. I also didn't think they needed to do the game but it was probably a no brainer because of popularity of the first, or at least made sense financially as the first was so big. I think they should do something new next but we'll see.

Glad I picked it up. Decided to push through and really enjoying it. Getting right into the story and characters. Just reached Pitsburgh, no idea if I'm near the middle yet or not.

Unless the rest of the game is a bore ill be picking the 2nd one up ASAP

The first game's around the 15 hour mark if that's any help.

Got it there for £35 If you want it Marra only taking it in to get a new game in a few days anyway
 
Skipping all the comments just incase...I’m 23 hours in and only just finished Ground Zero. What a headache!!

Will wait til I’ve finally finished before reading all the posts on here.

I am just in love with this game though. I didn’t think it could surpass the first one, but it has by miles!
