I thought that they stay on your account, but you just can't accumulate them or get the priority that an ST holder gets? The one thought that always comes to me when I read threads/posts like this one is the subject of Loyalty points......if you don't renew, you lose your points.
If you're SC holder with say 10 points, then you've lost nothing. But if your an uber with 70, 80, 90 or well over 100 points you'd lose the lot and have to start all over again.
Problem is they are close to destroyIng the club - it’s easy to see us headIng towards where Bolton were at the start of this season. When people running the club are taking the pee out of paying supporters you can understand people not renewing. My god, it’s a depressing read this thread, personally I will renew.
Safc if for life not just for beating the mags and the good times.
Am sure the finance company will chase for the money as it's a loan agreement....just like my son passing his driving test and he was paying insurance monthly, he cancelled it because he passed and then got hit with penalty for cancelling earlyWhat happens if you cancel your direct debit, do you just lose your season card, there’s no financial implications like them chasing you for the rest of the money ?
If I was you I’d pay by direct debit. If we go bust then at least you won’t have tipped all your hard earned cash 8nto the pot to pay all the corporate creditors.I paid in full last May, and I'll be doing the same this May.

My nephew had about 30 points a few year back. He moved away and couldn't commit due to work and having a young family. He was on my friends and family thing on the online site and his points still showed against his name, but it wouldn't let me buy a ticket during the ST phases. This was a while ago now so it might have changed.I maybe wrong (usually am), but I thought you'd lose all points if you don't renew.
Happy to be proven wrong by more clued up MLFs on the forum.

This is it for me. I am bored senseless at games (aside from the crack on with my mates). However, I cant stop getting my season ticket as the club could be in a.serious financial mess if everyone jumps ship. I'd rather be part of an organised protest rather than stopping going through apathyClub need the money more than ever. Despite being bored out of my mind every home game, I'll not be turning my back on them now.
Looking more and more likely. The money will just be absorbed into costs I reckon.Wherever did you get that idea?![]()

Likewise mate but I know many who aren't if things carry on this way
He was talking about a loan to cover running costs within weeks of taking over the club. No coincidence that it was for a similar amount imo. If that's the case why not just hold your hands up and be honest instead of saying that they're going to invest in scouting system and the accedemy.Looking more and more likely.
