The happy clappers have had their time

And what actions do you take to 'not accept' our position? Other than post on a message board. This ownership took us over when we were languishing in L1. First year they had play-offs, next year they got us promoted, the next year play-off, the next year it was poor and we were mid-table, this year play offs. They have completely repaired a decimated academy and we now have a highly valued squad with a chance of promotion. Progress has been made. It may not be as quick as you wish but it is undeniable that we have made progress as a club under this ownership.

So, I return to my question, what actions have you taken that show you do not accept our level of progress and what actions will you be taking if we don't go up?

If getting out of league 1 and failing to get promotion from the championship is deemed as progress then I’m not surprised that the club have such an easy ride.
Fans like you are why we fail

Aye, it’s my fault that we’re languishing in the championship😂😂

If we all said it was great we’d immediately be back in the PL. Christ

Agree 100%.... if we don't go up and lose Rigg, Jobe, Cirkin, Hume, Neil, this place will implode and they'll lose a lot of goodwill and fans. I think attendances will plummet early on in the season.
Another aspect and i personally don't agree with it... but the mags winning a trophy and potentially getting CL again will rile some people up. Some will be itching to kick off imo.

What do you actually want ? The flash in the pan was Ipswich, who went straight up twice but they took a huge gamble and it paid off. I just don't think our owner will do that.

And you expect him to reduce that by 25% to keep us happy?
Nope.

But maybe signing a ST 2 seasons ago and some defenders, so we didn't end up playing a bunch of midfielders in defence against Luton. Might have helped.

Or signing some fullbacks this season and ST's in both windows without broken backs might have helped.

I’ve answered this already. It starts with stopping making excuses for where we are.
To be fair, that seems to be just you saying you don't want to read opinions from people who like the clubs' strategy. You can post literally anything you want on here, but it's having zero impact on the ambition of the club.

Organise a protest or try to rally support into a boycott of season tickets, matchday tickets and club merchandise, that is the only way to hurt the owner.

Sorry, mate, I was asking what this action is that you'll be taking to signal that you are not accepting someithing, other than blaming other fans on a message board.

Improving our squad and our league position year on year (with the exception of one thoroughly botched season) is by definition: progress. That it's not fast enough progress for you personally is another matter entirely.

We aren’t languishing though we’re in a play off place , Swansea are languishing for example

It’s not excuses, it’s context. It’s all well and good talking about league titles that came nearly a century ago but it’s got no relevance to now.

The current board started from the worst place in our history. Where we were when they came in is absolutely relevant - as is the budgets of the clubs with parachute payments. We’re losing money hand over fist year on year as it is.

By and large they’re making progress year on year (one horrific appointment aside). Everyone wants improvement, the board included, but they can’t just click their fingers and make it happen. They’re running us very sensibly at the moment and we’re getting closer to where we want to be.

The only people bringing up league titles 100 years ago are the ones who are saying where we are no is ok.

What is in living memory is a 10 year spell in the PL, immediately followed by 8 year spell out if it.

Agree but people need to dissociate themselves from the mags, they have unlimited cash and we'll probably never compete with them. Its like Man U and City in the 90's.

What have you done to show you do not accept our level of progress?

What will you do if (when IMO) we don't go up this season?

KLD has a net worth of £2bn doesn't he? And a further £4bn in a trust fund?
I dont think it's anything like that.
He’s got more money than Tony Bloom apparently.

"Rumoured net worth". His money is tied in trust funds. I suspect its heavily managed, and in such a way that he couldn't just go and pump even a quarter of what Tony bloom has spent on brighton.
