Saturday - Golf in the afternoon, then a few beers on the night....
Sunday - Bents Park to see the Lightening Seeds, then maybe a few after coz its my birthday....
Monday - Graft....
Tuesday - Fly to Tampa for my holidays....

Sunday: Off to raid Lidl with the beginning of their English & Irish Food Week kicking off. Something English for tea hopefully.

All week-end: Trying to gain bit weight back on. Two hundred grams in three weeks is bordering silly but am determend to gain minimum one stone before am back over next. Though it is bloody hard work.

I'm walking Hadrian's wall in a few months so doing a moderate amount of preparation. After you mentioned it I'll be checking for dead dogs.
