I know The Fort has a certain reputation but it was my pub of choice for several seasons and we met some lovely folk in there and I’m being serious !

Same here, it was always our match day pub for a good 10 years either side of the sol opening. Last time I was in there was Poyets last game when we left at half time

Pubs in the ninties were superb marra,half way,the bush.wheatsheaf,the lion,the fort,then the east end...the cottage then the ender then the lion then cheers (always pulled in cheers ) then marlowes then pzzazz,now im half cut sat feeling old.
