One of the best gigs I saw was either the Sonic Temple or maybe it was the Ceremony tour. Was front and centre at The Summit in Houston. Lenny Kravitz was the support. The sound was absolutely top drawer and for once Astbury didn’t bottle out on the long notes:
“The Raaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnn yeah yeah”
instead of the usual:
“The Rayun ... ... ... ... ... .... ... ... ... yeah yeah”
