Its surrounded by farmers fields so imho its a bit out of the way
Lovely views of Hall Lane Estate mate. Bobby Kerr helped raise £4.000 for Grace House with a Cinderella Pantomime held there years back.
Maybe overstating it, but there are some amazing views from the place. You can see for miles.

Bob is living along Springwell road with his little bit girlfriend.
It was bloody expensive when I popped in a few years back. Never went back, delusions of grandeur when it's nowt special at all.

the last lot who had it seemed to me like they were pissing against the wind a bit, very friendly people but they didn't strike me as business people, the carvery's were very nice and good value but the pub just doesn't get the regular trade
