The club already know Sam has gone

Why would we be bothered about getting a new manager in before he officially leaves and why would the FA be arsed about a request from us?

I'm convinced the club already know Sam has agreed to take over as England manager but have asked the FA not to announce it until we have a manager in place.
Why would he do that? Why would the FA comply? Makes no sense and isn't benifcial to anyone. Unless safc, Sam and the FA have got together and decided to take the piss out of safc fans.

For what reason exactly?

It's looking very likely and they have recognized this and made a statement about wrapping it up quickly. As I am sure they have sounded a few people out for when the time comes.

No reason to hide it from anyone

I doubt it, it would have got out into the media somehow, it's quite possible like but I don't think that is the case. The FA taking their time, no rush for them, Sam stuck in the middle couldn't care less because 2 job offers on the table England and Sunderland so he isn't going to rush either. The club should have nipped this in the bud days ago now and told Sam You either stay or you go simple as that, we move on without you.

Why would the FA pander to what SAFC ask them to do ? that would never happen. I also dont see what the FA could possibly see in Allardyce that would make him a valid manager for England.
