Queues for a Sunday charvery is real scratter behaviour and unbecoming of sr6 the birth place of the picky teaNo problem with the portions when I’ve had them n aye ano what ya mean about cramped but the cliff que is always at the door when ya go in which is also a pain.
The other scran supposed to be good now anarl as the lad who’s got KJ Catering has The Wolsey now
No they went years agoThey still have the little TV screens on the beer pumps?
1989 for me!I bought my first illegal underage pint in the Cliff - mind that was in 1969.
That's because it is whaleNo they went years ago
It’s my local we always get leftovers on a Sunday teatime
The dinners are spot on like and yes there’s always a queue but that’s obviously because it’s good people keep coming back
The other food is good aswell not like all that flaming sizzle or greeneking shite
The chefs do their own specials which are nice also
Got to mention the fish it’s like a whale
There’s usually a canny wait for food but it’s definitely worth it
1989 for me!
When it used to be a proper old man’s pub
