Presumed it was quite new

BA reckon it's now available on 90% of their flights.

I presume you're flying from Shannon? Last time I used that airport a load of US marines were blocking up the bar queues. They all had their combat gear on and I had my hiviz on. It was like the opposite of Where's Wally

I don't understand whats so cheaky about it, I mean, if I want a pint at the airport I'll get one from the bar that's there in the airport, its not as if I'll seek it in or be rude to the bar person.

Even Thai Smile/Smile air (whatever it's name is) had WiFi at least 2 and a half years back. Their WiFi was free and they were the equivalent of Ryanair.
