The buck stops with the person in charge at the top...

If we look at the OP's statement and take our rose tinted spectacles off for a minute to dissect.....im not saying he's wrong or right but...

KLD took charge in Feb 2021 and has openly stated he has a 5 year plan to get to the Premier league. Our football has undoubtedly regressed this year, we are sitting 11th in the table and have lost as many games as we have won and we can quite clearly see that we have run out of ideas on the pitch.

To sum up we are a month shy of 3 years in a 5 year plan and nowhere near the Premier league so I think it us a fair discussion point tbh

Is his plan to sell after 5 years or for us to be in the premier rowsy?
It galls me to see our famous club floundering in the lower leagues and see piss pot little clubs doing well in the premier.
By the way we are well and truely in the shadow...

Yes, cannot argue and it was 5 years to get there...currently I don't think he's going to meet his target...hope I'm proved wrong

Aye me to, he is cutting it fine on the 5 years.
I know he is balancing the books or think he is anyway but is it just us that have supposed massive debts?
Getting beat off the likes of plymouth, nee disrespect,is a low point though.

Not wanting to get all happy clappy, but this is a bump in the road for me [currently]. Low points are finishing 8th in league one.
2 match blip then,im onboard with that.
Come on Millwall lets be having you.
By the way, another team we shouldn't even be playing.;)

It's hard to decide what would please fans.

Perhaps every new manager should have in their contract that if the team lose 5 matches out of any run of ten games, their contract will be automatically terminated.

I mean we'd go through about 3 managers a season and will have a team of players with no idea of role in the team beyond the next few games, but you'd have a crowd who aren't calling for the manager to be sacked

so, you want to keep him, can you explain why?

Like Bradley Dack?

How many experienced players have we signed over the last 10 years that have genuinely helped the squad?

Wright, Batth, Evans, Defoe? So 4 out of what, 100?

Seriously? Have lads like Kaboul, McGeady and countless others not?

We would still be in league one without Batth and Wright.

How many lads under 21 or so have we signed who haven't made the grade?

Bucketloads without judging anyone current - Love, Dobson, Sinclair, Morgan, Dunne, Ndong, Mavrias, Karlsson, Kimpioka, Dajaku, the first Ba, Ji etc. Plenty have sunk without trace.

Easy game this one.
