I admire what he is trying to achieve, a self sustaining club based on development of young players and selling them on for a profit , but the Model desperately needs tweaking to allow more experienced british based players to be brought in to help out these young players.
 
This is one of the toughest leagues in the world to get out of and last season we had one of those bounces that teams often have when they go up.

We haven't gone backwards, we've just failed to sign an experienced striker. The model needs to be tweaked and hopefully the owners realise that.

If you aren't a mag wum, I'm guessing you're one of the bedwetters who would happily be sportswashed by a middle eastern country to find immediate success.
