Never known our fans to disrespect a silence ever, I can remember back to the one for Bobby Moore at Roker in 1993, you could hear a pin drop and we were praised by the West Ham fans and the respect shown when Bobby Robson died and Liam Sweeney and John Alder.

We got accused of it that time down Cardiff when they had one for John Charles. None of us who were still in the bar area even knew it was happening

I've known the odd one get interrupted but never on purpose, the stragglers are still coming into the grounds at 3.15.

They're a nothing club, they should thank their lucky stars they're getting a couple of years in the league cos soon it'll be over and they'll be back playing league one. Even if we go down, we'll always be viewed as a prem club due to the size of our fan base and stature amongst the elite of English football not to mention our league titles and cup wins

It happened at Leicester a few seasons ago but again, it was uninentional - fans under concourse singing not knowing what was happening.

The minute's silence before the Arsenal game at the SoL was impeccable.

They fill their ground and took twice as many to West Ham last season than Sunderland did.

The misplaced arrogance on here man.

What a surprise, how long is it from Bournemouth to get to West Ham?

They brought quite a few up to our place last season but it's a novelty for them visiting grounds new to them, I'm sure you know what I mean.

I am a Newcastle fan but unlike many on here I'm able to take an objective look at how Sunderland play. A new house and new baby means I had to give the season ticket up so I had our match on the radio and your match on telly

How did you find a stream for us, but only a radio link for your lot?

That's right, it's because you're in the f***ing championship. You f***ing idiot.

"Objective" :lol::oops:

Plus our game was a 12.45ko.
Plus their game was their first away ever in the PL.
Seem to remember Leicester never bringing any crowd of note up here until Bandwagon jumping became popular a year ago.

Exactlly. Leicester's following was below average for years.

They still need those clackers to create an atmosphere man. It's small time, lower league shite.

Leicester and Bournemouth do have one thing in common: They are both poxy little village outfits.

As for Spurs, you'd be bitter too if you were constantly in the shadow of more illustrious neighbours. Arsenal have always been ten times as big as them.

Such a big club that even the mighty Huddersfield have won more league titles.
