Eddie Howe will move on to better things and they will return to where they belong.
The balance of the universe will be restored.

I think more than half the 92 clubs in the system have played in the PL now. Its simply their turn atm. In a few years theyll be gone (as we may anarl) but we and they know theres more chance of us returning even if multiple times than them. Swansea are in the same boat as were Barnsley, Bradford, Swindon etc. On the opposite side of the coin its the mags, Leeds and Wednesdays turn to struggle

Of course, if I was a Bournemouth fan I'd be pretty pissed off. Losing to a side who have not won all year, playing against 10 men, enough decent chances to have won the game comfortably. I have seen many similar performances by Sunderland over the years. I have watched Bournemouth a fair few times over the years, from when they were given the huge points deduction to where they are now and have always found their fans welcoming and friendly.

Likewise, I was watching them from 03-05. Was a £20 day out all in for me then, and I'm delighted to see them in the Premiership.

Just stinks of sour grapes.

I've never understood why people say stuff like 'well they beat us but I'd rather watch us than them'. What? You'd rather play decent football and lose?

They'll have been expecting us to roll over for them.

Cause they've got golden boy Jack Wilshere

Tbf, whilst it's understandable that SAFC fans are over the moon with the win it doesn't disguise the fact that the difference between the 2 teams was 2 shocking bits of defending from Bournemouth and an outstanding display from Pickford. On another day SAFC could easily have lost 3-0. Moyes is still manager, the squad is still awful and the finances are still a distaster.

Nah mate the difference between the 2 sides was 1 goal. We won. Could have been different but wasn't.

Speaking to afew in the pub and they were saying that because they don't own the ground they can't really develop it because they'd just be adding value for the landlords.

Sounds like they've tried to buy it but they can't because they're demanding like 100million just because they're now in the premier. Bournemouth sold the ground for 3mill when they were in the shit. Pay 2,000 a day in rent

who else would they get in as tenants if Bournemouth buggered off?

I think we were. Most of the class saves were made after we went down to 10 men and were under the cosh.

We scored a great goal that was disallowed for just being offside which would have put us 2 up and we looked the more dangerous at this stage.

Who do you support?
Disallowed for just being offside  how dare the ref

It was the linesman who give the offside, the correct decision, it was a great move leading up to the goal though. Had Watmore held his run ever so slightly it would have been a fantastic team goal and well deserved.

Shocking defending? 2 decent moves imo.
