How accurate is it?
Just done a check on myself and I'm not a fat knacker like but it's shows me as obese and need to lose 3 and a half stone to be in the healthy bracket  if I lost 3 stone I would look like I was dead

NO alcohol for 2 months and eat only fruit...run 6 miles everyother day...that should sort your blubber out you fat twat

I'm running a new diet group, you get everything you need for £39.99 a month and I'll post it to your door

You get a mars bar for dinner and a mars bar for tea

Guaranteed weight loss

I get my BMI done at every hospital appointment and every time, I get told off for being overweight as my BMI is over 25. I'm a size 12.

Ironically, the nurses telling me off are often larger than me

BMI is bollocks.

A decent general rule of thumb is that blokes shouldn't have a waist size more than half of their height.

Ideally get your body fat % checked properly though.
