Nah Australia just stopped being shit. England are playing almost exactly as they have done all series. Largley good, occasionally very good bowling, conservative fields, mediocre opening batting.

In 25 years and about 60 Test matches I have never heard a reception like the one given to Warner today, absolute proof that cricket is the new football. Massive shame IMO.

Was listening to Boycott earlier on TMS and he says he deserved it...He would of been gobsmacked if the crowd hadn't given him the bird and he fully expects the CLS and the Oval crowds to do exactly the same

He lamped an England player. He deserved it. It's not like the crowd tried to put him of while batting. He got booed on the way put, and cheered on the way back. Nowt worse than Ponting got, but with much better reason
