The majority of candidates are of BAME or mixed race origin which suggests there's been some affirmative action going on.
I don't know if that means there's quality control issues but those who got the boot weren't up to it and that's putting it kindly.
The first lad said he was the next Elon Musk, the ice cream nonce had a very naive middle class attitude and the blind fella was a good bloke but blatantly negative.
Dean the "sports agent" has been nominated as the worst team member two times out of two episodes I've seen and was probably the one to get the chop in the last episode.
He isn't being discriminated because of his racial background, it's for being thick as shitty jam.
