Is it getting worse?

- Losing Turner and Bramble isn't a 'crisis' - we have plenty of cover. Some people are turning this news around so we are looking at a defeat.

- Bent offers less to the team than Gyan or Welbeck - aye, apart from his 25 goals last year and 9 this season, he offers fuck all.

Any more?

The SWC sing original songs and are not just anti NUFC neds.

Mensah's out as well, our 'cover' (Ferdinand, Da Silva, Onuoha at CB) is just that, decent as cover, to come in alongside one of Turner, Mensah, Bramble and do a job.

Having to pair two of the 'cover' players together, long term, for me, will see us drop points we otherwise wouldn't have.

Hello Oracle. I'm sure you've managed a football team before - tell me, why wouldn't it work? Have we even tried it over a period of games yet?

Stop trying to f***ing predict the future. So negative!

I've never took the toaster in to the bath either, and yet I am telling you it would not be a good idea.

The Bent stuff is bollocks, but I doubt many people would have full faith in a Da Silva/Ferdinand or Ferdinand/Nedum CB pertnership

All teams will drop points over the course of a season due to injuries, it is part and parcel of the game. Sure, it isn't ideal that Mensah, Bramble and Turner are all going to be out but we're better equipped to deal with this kind of problem than we have ever been so it doesn't warrant full on panic mode.

I have no real opinion on how it will work because I haven't a clue. I don't know what the relationship is between those players, how they've been in training, how fit they are etc.

Aye! try and get out more, stop watching Jeremy Kyle and you might develop a firmer grip on reality.

This isn't Football Manager, said players aren't very good at CB (relative to the level we aspire to), they have particular problems when it comes to positioning and concentration, as such, partnering them together, long term, is not f***ing ideal.

I'm not on full on panic mode lol, but it's not ideal like is it? And it's bloody typical!

Would be ok as long as it wasn't plugged in...

I can well appreciate that but some people are already predicting that we are going to go on a winless run over the winter.

 So if you dont know if players are best marra's or how they've trained in the snow this morning you cant have an opinion??

I'd give whoever's washing your undies a pay rise, marra.

Injuries happen to all teams at some point. Yes, not having your strongest team does actually mean you drop the odd point. But, if lampard, terry, essien had been playing for chelsea - we may not have come away with 3 points from the Bridge. You gain some from injuries/suspension - you lose some.

Onuoha was actually 'considered' a CB rather than a full back (ok West Ham game wasn't impressive there but it he'd not played there a while); Da Silva was class at the world cup; and Ferdinand has put in some top performances for us - then after a few games he forgets himself and drops a bollock. But none of those three are an embarrassment to the shirt.

Mensah might even surprise us all and start a few games.

When did I say that? I said I have no opinion on the matter because I've seen no evidence of what may happen.

YES I DO, I think the snow is far deeper on SOL than at james park;)
