That young player Wolves have signed but loaned back to Rochdale...



Based on the 90 minutes last night he's absolutely shocking and will be playing for Bangor City in five years time.

Based on the 90 minutes at Deepdale he's absolutely brilliant and will be playing for Barcelona.

Anyone want to lay a bet that he'll be somewhere in between...?

get somoe to pay him tjhe money to compensate for the lon hours he has put itno the club and he will fuck off...safc fans dont realise safc is one of the worst investments in england..its why so many other clubs can find proper buyers and safc cant..
SD and showed their niavety when they said safc was the best value for money acquisiton of ay of the big clubs in englaznd..its not..its a big club..but its the worst value for money deal of the whole lot..

In Matheson, they're buying potential. At 16, you'd expect him to continue to develop, he's been pretty much an ever present for Rochdale which is quite a feit considering how young he is and how tough this league can be.

I agree though, he had a poor game. Mainly because Hume got the better of him time and time again.

Ripped to shreds? Looked a much tidier footballer than Hume. Also Hume and Gooch help each other out a lot on the left...credit to them but it prevented the young lad giving a five star performance. Hume is good enough for this league but I'm not sure his ability can take him much higher I obviously hope I'm wrong.
 
The youngun is doing about young players in her sport science coursework and picked Matheson as her example so was quite excited to see Matheson play last night so she could talk about his performance in her SS coursework. The first thing I noticed about him like was how small he was. She's says she's seen him play better but the Rochdale team as a whole were just poor yesterday. Looked as if they couldn't be bothered

Piss off it’s a great investment sd has just made a balls of things. If he had more about him he would have told the fanzines where to go and turn things around

a greta investment? it hasnt made a profit for over a decade..icnome drops massively next year whatever division we are in,..
needs a huge amount of upfront capital investment...cant sell out every week even with cheap tickets in the premier league if you get there..

its not the worst investment in football..but its one of them...

We were selling out when money was properly invested in the club before you turned up . Club has massive potential just needs owners who actually put in their own money and invest properly instead of hiring their mates into the top positions
