Thank You And Good Luck, Tony!

Mind, I would say, whilst we did play good football, I’m not going to let it be said it was because of him. He can’t have all the credit for it. More he let them express themselves, which is a positive. We never once set up to defend or give players like Clarke or Roberts over onerous tasks going the opposite direction. Some managers would have.

He’ll not turn a shit team into some technical team, like Poyet forced our players to do (then gave up on passing the season after  )
I agree the recruitment up until January was overall excellent, the last 2 windows have been poor imo

I admit I overreacted after the Huddersfield loss, yes he got the tactics wrong but there are far bigger problems at the club than the head coach. His hands were tied and some little muppet with a spreadsheet thinks he knows better than a man with over forty years of experience in the game.

Wish Speakman would just piss off like and take his iPad with him
.. I also have concerns in this area. Hope we are proved wrong, and they may well tweek things a little after the Mowbray saga ... Time will tell ..

Can see us stagnating to a 14th place finish to be honest. We are flat as a fart and have no strikers. Our best player from last season has not been replaced, we are shoehorning Jobe Bellingham into the team who should be brought on after 60 minutes rather than first name on the team sheet

Lose today and I think it’s curtains on our season. We will need a 2006/7 Roy Keane style run just to make the playoffs.

No we won't 😂😂 ha'way man

Thanks for providing some of the best football played by a Sunderland team in my lifetime. That goal against Preston ending with a goal by Clarke was shear perfection and thankfully always there in my mind. Good luck in your next venture.
