Always think it will be a bit skewed by weather/pitch factors in Oz/the sub-continent having a massive advantage for them and the various tours schedule vagaries allowing them to have an advantage.

WI cricket is without doubt in disarray, but let's have some perspective - neither Bangladesh player would get in any decent Test side.

Shakib is undoubtedly better than Ali and he would get in the South African and Australian teams should they want to play an extra spinner. I think he could also push Jadeja
Depends where you're playing I suppose, which kind of makes these sort of things pointless anyway without a full on description of what, where and why......
