Telly Package advice

Me parents got a Hisense TV last time they renewed and we couldn’t even fathom our between us all how to connect it to the WiFi so they ended up taking it back and getting a Samsung one for more money. Mind you that was about 3 or 4 years ago now so the tech inside has probably come a long way since then.
 


looking at the avforums don't seem the hdr in hisense is on par with samsung etc but for that your gonna pay £££££

still looks like wifi is problem but wired ok, you get what you pay for, but even with my samsung it wouldn't handle 60 gig 4k films well, shield has no problems

sure be other good deals coming for black friday on samsungs etc, amazon just getting rid of hisense 1st

Regarding service providers, anyone recommend Sky Q (which I think has Netflix?) vs Virgin? Or will the new telly automatically have Netflix loaded on it?
