Got the youngin a chromebook for xmas. Bought a subscription today for MS 365, however when I install I am not getting all the features on Microsoft Word, just getting the free basic versions.

Anyway to get the full version?

Are you online (browser version of word) or have you downloaded the apps? My son had a similar issue with 365 on his PC.

Go into office and download the desk top version then you need to activate with yer product key.
