I'd like to see one of the centre halves dropped for Neil as well and stop playing what is essentially 5 at the back with 2 defensive midfielders just in front of them but that'll never happen even with a fuck load of injuries

It is an irony of three at the back that you end up fielding more defenders and having fewer options up front. But it seems to be the modern way.

Would be mine. Flanagan played well last week, Graham and the two other forwards would work better as Graham holds up play well

I agree with Flanagan. He was our best central defender last week and don't quite understand why others are so keen to drop him, just yet.
Xjemejili will come into his own at some point but it's Flanagan's spot to lose, for now.
