GVA climbing well, I’ll be having a bet on him for the Worlds given how well he did on a similarly hard course at the Olympics

Worlds have 5000m of climbing...Rio wasn’t flat, far from it but surely not that much climbing

265km and 5000m of climbing. Almost as tough as that audax I did the other week.

Didn’t think it was that hard! Agree too tough for GVA, Alaphilippe may be able to survive it though
Disappointing that only person to try something today was Dan Martin, Movistar aren’t going to win if their 3 leaders just play it safe

The run that GVA is having is making me curse the Velogames legal bollocks as I'd picked him. Admittedly, I'd also picked Cav as my sprinter...
