There’s all the dim proof needed reet there. Though Gibson will already know so will be aware he needs to make allowances.
I think football would be greatly enlivened if every fifth season clubs had to appoint a locally born ex player to the role for a year then five years later any random ex player for a year. Rinse n repeat ad infinitum.
